About Me

“I aim to foster a safe, intentional, and dynamic learning space to build your confidence and competence as a therapist.”

Hello!

I graduated from the University of Southern California where I obtained my Masters’s in Social Work. After graduating I completed my clinical hours working in acute psychiatric care and then with adults and families struggling with the loss of housing. The experience I gained has humbled me and contributed to the significance I hold in providing trauma-informed and culturally competent care.

After becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2016, I have enjoyed working in a private practice setting and community behavioral health. I am certified in EMDR, Brainspotting, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, and a Reiki Master. I work with adults.

I love being a therapist and clinical supervisor, to have the privilege of supporting and being alongside each individual through their processing, learning, and discoveries. My practice philosophy is client centered, developmental, systems-based, and guided by the premise that I can support each individual through their growth. I incorporate somatic (mind-body) therapy into talk therapy modalities when clinical indicated. I believe that the mind-body connection is significant.

I also have experience in various settings including inpatient, forensic, community mental health, private practice, outreach, residential, and leadership.

I strive to empower each client and utilize a kind, compassionate, open, humanistic approach. During my days off, I share an appreciation for nature, spending time with my family, gardening, yoga, DIY candles/soaps, and walking my dogs.

Licensed in Oregon and California.
